Couples Therapy
We all have a desire to feel connected, to feel appreciated, and to feel understood by others - especially by those we love. This isn't always easy, and it's not always clear why it's not easy.
Relationships are dynamic and complex, and for this reason they require consistent attention, curiosity, patience, and fortitude in order to thrive. But as time passes and we change, our relationships don’t always change with us. What once worked may no longer be working. What once felt manageable may no longer feel easy.
I believe the relationship and quality of connection you desire is within reach. My approach is intended to foster safety and trust, clearer communication, greater intimacy, and spark passion while deepening understanding and empathy.
I work with people of any gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship structure, including folks engaging in ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, BDSM, and kink.
Issues and topics I’ve supported couples with include:
Sex, sexuality, and intimacy
Navigating major life changes (ex: job loss, arrival of new baby)
Chronic illness and cancer
Financial concerns
Improving communication and conflict resolution
Domestic care tasks and distribution of responsibilities
Family dynamics and the impact of childhood trauma
Multicultural relationships
